QUALITY SYSTEMS

INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL-IQC

The role of the IQC process is to manage suppliers, conduct inspections of incoming materials (including those supplied by customers), and address quality issues prior to the start of assembly.

IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL-IPQC

Our IPQC process regulates the assembly and testing stages, with the dual purpose of reducing the frequency of defects and documenting procedures for addressing any defects that do arise.

OUTGOING QUALITY ASSURANCE-OQA

The OQA process is the final checkpoint before products are shipped to customers. It is critical to guarantee that shipments are free of defects. To ensure the accuracy of previous processes, multiple redundancies are incorporated into the OQA process, building upon the quality control measures of the IQC and IPQC stages.
